Semi-Final Action

Wanderers ready themselves for two big games in their quest for their first double-cup appearance in years.

It’s a big weekend for the Wanderers, with both teams looking to win berth in next weekend’s finals. Before those games, however, some serious work needs to be done.

The First XV are looking to win their season series against RCM, after dropping a hotly contested (and controversial) match 21-14 a few weeks back. RCM is light at least one player following an impressive dust-up and ensuing red card against Ormstown last week, but will no doubt put up strong opposition.

Logo - Ottawa Irish Rugby ClubThe Second XV are driving to Twin Elm to take on the Ottawa Irish  (driving directions), looking to avenge a heartbreaking last-second loss in week 8.

Second XV players and subs are to meet at Momesso’s  for 9:00am (latest) to sort out rides and get on the road. First XV players are to arrive at the Douglas for 2:00pm to set up the field and get a good warm-up in.
