We are training outdoors as of Tuesday, April 28th. Practices will take place at Oxford Park from 6:30 – 8:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays until further notice.

Bring: cleats, a mouth-guard, rugby shorts and a rugby jersey. Also, bring 1 litre of water and/or a sports drink of your choice. This way, you can point and laugh after fitness when everyone who didn’t bring anything goes from person to person begging for a sip of water…”
